CKV-Alkali Free HE is a high quality acid-impregnated activated carbon based on extruded cylindrical pellets. This impregnation makes this carbon suitable for capturing ammonia gas, various amines and other basic gases. It also captures fish odours. It is widely used in chemical processes where ammonia is released, such as fertilizer production, but also in other processes.
